Shipping & Delivery Policy (Animix Trading)

1) Delivery Coverage

We ship from Qatar. Delivery within Qatar is available for eligible orders. International delivery is available through Aramex for eligible products and destinations offered at checkout. If your country or a shipping option does not appear, contact order@animix.qa before placing your order.

Swords are for delivery within Qatar only and cannot be shipped internationally. Orders containing a sword are not eligible for international delivery. Oversized, unusually heavy, fragile, or restricted items may require a separate shipping quotation before purchase.

2) Shipping Fees

Qatar: Local delivery is QAR 10 for orders below QAR 300. Orders of QAR 300 or more qualify for free local delivery when this option is displayed at checkout. International orders do not qualify for this local free-delivery offer.

International: The shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment and depends on the destination and applicable shipping weight band. Carrier charges can depend on the greater of the actual packed weight and volumetric weight. The charge displayed at checkout is the amount payable to Animix for the selected shipping service; destination customs and import charges are separate.

For destinations, products, or order sizes without an available checkout rate, please request a shipping quotation before purchase. Any special shipping arrangement and its price must be agreed before payment.

3) Processing, Delivery Estimates & Tracking

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available or confirmed when arranging dispatch. International transit time varies by destination, carrier service, and customs clearance. Estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by weekends, public holidays, weather, customs inspections, or carrier delays.

Once an order is dispatched, tracking details will be provided when available. Contact us with your order number if you need help tracking a shipment.

4) Customs Duties & Import Charges

For international orders, customs duties and destination import charges are the responsibility of the customer (recipient), not ANIMIX. Customs duties, import taxes, and any customs declaration or customs clearance fees charged at the destination are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid at checkout. The recipient must pay these charges directly to the carrier or the relevant customs authority when requested, before the shipment is released or delivered. Charges are determined by the destination authorities and applicable carrier requirements.

5) Delivery Address & Failed Delivery

Provide a complete and accurate delivery address, postal code where applicable, and a reachable telephone number. Tell us immediately if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If a shipment is delayed, undeliverable, refused, or returned because of an incorrect address, inability to contact the recipient, or unpaid destination charges, contact us so we can review the available options. Additional carrier delivery or return charges may apply. Any refund is assessed under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

6) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact order@animix.qa within 6 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, outer carton, packaging, and shipping label. Keep the packaging while we review the case. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

7) Returns Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, subject to applicable law.
