At Animix, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely. Please review the information below for shipping, delivery, and related terms.

1) Delivery Coverage

We currently ship within Qatar. International shipping may be available for selected destinations and will be shown at checkout when applicable.

2) Delivery Time

  • Qatar: Delivery times vary depending on your location and order volume. Estimated delivery timeframes will be shown at checkout or confirmed after placing the order.

  • International (if available): Delivery time depends on the destination and carrier.

Please note: delivery time estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

3) Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Any promotions such as free delivery thresholds will be displayed on the website/checkout when active.

4) Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking link (when available) to follow your shipment status.

5) Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.
If an order is delayed or returned due to incorrect details provided by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply.

6) Failed Delivery / Not Available

If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable or cannot be reached, the carrier may attempt re-delivery or return the package. Re-delivery fees may apply depending on the carrier.

7) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at order@animix.qa within 6 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos (and video if possible)

We will assess the case and arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund & Return Policy.

8) Returns Shipping (Summary)

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
